Integrated Cost Management Systems, Inc. (ICMS) was founded by Tom Pryor in 1988 to provide improved cost accounting and cost management information to manufacturing, service and governmental organizations using the principles of Activity Based Costing (ABC). ICMS is headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Beginning in 2012, Tom added family business advisory services to ICMS’ services. Galliard Family Business Institute certified Tom in 2015 after three (3) years of training and documenting case studies of family businesses he has successfully assisted.

Tom serves on the advisory board for Baylor University’s Institute for Family Business and the editorial staff for The Journal of Corporate Accounting & Finance.

Tom has written hundreds of articles and six (6) books, including his most recent LegacyLine … how to tell your story with a timeline.

Tom is a frequent speaker at conferences, business events and strategic planning facilitator.
